Our thoughtfully curated sensory hampers are filled with calming, engaging, and developmentally supportive equipment, designed to create a relaxing and inclusive environment at home or during special events. Perfect for both adults and children with sensory needs, including those with autism, ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse conditions. However, these packs are also ideal for neurotypical individuals, offering relaxation and enjoyment for everyone. Discover the soothing benefits The Sensory Den can bring to your space! How It Works: Choose Your Box: Select from our Party Pack, UV Party, or Wellbeing Hamper to suit your needs. Book: Choose the dates that you require the box for. Delivery will be on Thursdays and collection is on a Monday. Delivery: We deliver your sensory box directly to your door. Enjoy: Unpack the sensory equipment and enjoy hours of fun, relaxation, and sensory exploration. Return: Pack the items back in the provided packaging, and we’ll arrange a courier to collect it. Our Wellbeing Hamper is filled with sensory-rich items, including bubble tubes, fidget toys, light projectors, and an infinity mirror. It’s the perfect way to create a calming and serene space in your home, allowing you to focus on your wellbeing and relaxation.


Cancellation Policy

1. A £100 refundable deposit is required at the time of hire. This will be returned upon successful return of all items by the agreed date. 2. Upon receiving The Sensory Den in a Box, it is the customer’s responsibility to carefully inspect all items to check for damage or missing items before signing for the delivery from the courier. If you notice any issues, inform the courier immediately and contact The Sensory Den within 24 hours. Customers should not sign for the item if there is any issue as this would invalidate insurance. 3. Once you have accepted delivery of The Sensory Den in a Box, you assume full responsibility for the care and proper use of the items. All equipment must be used as intended, and reasonable precautions should be taken to ensure no damage occurs. Any items that are lost, damaged, or broken while in your care will be subject to replacement or repair costs. An invoice for any damages will be issued following the return of the equipment. 4. Please use the provided packaging, including boxes that individual items arrived in, to securely pack and return all items to The Sensory Den as per separate instructions at the end of the rental period. Ensure that all items are properly secured to prevent damage during transit. The return process must be completed by the agreed date to avoid us retaining your deposit. 5. If you would like to keep any of the items included in The Sensory Den in a Box, you are welcome to purchase them. To do so, you must complete the online purchase form, which can be found on our website. Once the form is submitted, we will process the payment, and the item(s) will be yours to keep. 6. If any items are returned damaged or missing without prior agreement for purchase, you will be responsible for covering the full replacement cost of the item(s). This will be taken from the deposit you will have already paid. Any costs that are above the deposit paid, must be paid on top within 14 days of receiving the invoice for any damages or loss. 7. The Sensory Den is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages caused by the misuse of the sensory equipment. All equipment should be used under appropriate supervision, especially in the case of young children. 8. All fees, including rental fees, deposit and charges for any damaged or purchased items, must be paid in full as per the invoice details.
